Cutch is an extract from Acacia Cathechu. As a dye it yields yellowish brown; nutmeg and olive brown. It has excellent light and wash fast properties. You can use at 20-50% weight of fabric to get a good depth of colour. Use with alum as a mordant on both protein and cellulose fibres. It has a lot of tannin so you can even use this as a tannin for your carrier blanket to give beautiful background colours resulting in all range of browns. Comes in 100 gm packaging.
