Bangalore Silk is known for its purity and texture . It is a very soft silk known for its drape which is beautiful and opulent. This has been obtained from cottage industries, where families have been weaving this silk for decades. We chose not to go to the huge power loom industry and we chose to support families who take pride in their product and their weaving skills. The end product is soft, luxurious and dyes absolutely marvellously.
At 112 cm width, enjoy the luxurious drape as a scarf, shawl, wrap, head wrap or a tunic. This product is woven with ancient wisdom from the simple abodes of Karnataka. It will come to you in metres and if you want us to cut specific sizes and roll hem for you, there will be an extra cost.
